  • This confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer
  • Cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent, reselling-related, or violating our policies

In such cases, refunds will be processed as applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational disruptions
  • High order volumes

Trippy Drip shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

We understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel, return, or exchange products.

Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement free of charge
  • Cancellations after 12 hours may incur a ₹100 processing fee

Returns & Size Exchanges

  • Eligible returns and size exchanges may be accepted subject to approval
  • A flat ₹100 handling fee may apply on returns or exchanges

COD Orders

  • Returns or exchanges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may or may not be possible depending on the situation

  • Designs
