Cancellation, Return & Exchange.

At Trippy Drip, your satisfaction genuinely matters to us.
We understand that sometimes plans change — you may order the wrong size, change your mind, or simply need assistance with an exchange or cancellation. And that’s completely okay.

To help us maintain smooth operations while continuing to provide quality products and service to all our customers, the following policy applies for cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel your order after placing it.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order free of charge.

  • Any cancellation request made after 12 hours may not be accepted.

This helps cover processing, packaging, and operational costs that begin shortly after an order is placed.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return & Size Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. If the size isn’t right or you need an exchange, we’re here to help.

Size Exchanges

  • Customers can request a size exchange subject to product availability within 1 day of delivery.

  • A flat handling charge of ₹100 will be applicable for all size exchanges.

Returns

  • Returns may be accepted for eligible products in unused and original condition within 7 days from delivery.

  • A flat return handling charge of ₹100 will apply to all approved returns.

Products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Have original tags and packaging intact

  • Be returned in proper condition

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Returns or exchanges may or may not be possible, depending on the order, delivery location, and product category.

  • Trippy Drip reserves the right to approve or decline COD return/exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

We request customers to place COD orders thoughtfully to help us avoid unnecessary logistics and operational losses.

Refund Policy

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever applicable

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Cancellation, return, or exchange handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable
